1. International AI Safety Treaty Council of Europe
This treaty is the first legally binding international agreement aimed at ensuring AI systems comply with human rights, democracy, and the rule of law.
It covers the use of AI by public authorities and the private sector.
It requires countries to monitor AI development and implement safeguards against any threats posed to human rights, democracy, and the rule of law.

2. One Billion Dollar AI Safety Venture Reuteurs
OpenAI co-founder Ilya Sutskever launched Safe Superintelligence (SSI), aiming to build safe AI systems exceeding human capabilities.
